In December of 2020, God placed it on our hearts to adopt. That is the VERY short story. You can read much more about this amazing, winding road for us here. We are extremely excited about the opportunity. So, here we are! We have spent a year growing in our understanding of the adoption process, sitting with others who have adopted and with people who have been adopted. I’m Ashley and I love to laugh, am passionate about fighting for the underdog, and while I love spending time with my friends and family, I am mostly a homebody. Growing up a preacher’s kid in a Christian home, I was taught to love God with all my heart, soul, and mind. This really took flight for me when I went to college. I love Jesus with all my heart and love to sing. I fell in love with singing at a young age and was even classically trained, but leading worship at our local church is more my passion. I studied Communications and spent many years in the marketing world, but most recently became a General Manager for several boutique fitness studios, and I love it. I am also grateful to work for a boss who is very supportive of us growing our family.
